Associate Chiropractor or Physical Therapist — I.MOVE. Health and Performance

Our philosophy is simple: fix the problem, teach the patient how to keep it from coming back, and help them reach their health and fitness goals. That means no rushed visits, no passive treatments, and no assistants. Every patient gets 60 minutes of focused care — manual therapy, movement assessment, rehab and strength training, and education built around long-term outcomes.

Is This For You?

This role is for someone who:

  • Wants to work with active adults and athletes

  • Believes rehab and movement education are essential to long-term outcomes

  • Wants to be more than a chiropractor or PT punching a clock — and is interested in growth into leadership and a career with growth in a quickly and forever growing company

  • Thrives in an environment of high standards and accountability

  • Loves learning and personal growth

  • Values collaboration and being part of a team

New graduates are welcome. We care far more about mindset, work ethic, and character than years of experience.

About I.MOVE.

I.MOVE. Health and Performance is a rapidly growing performance rehab clinic in the Portland, Oregon area. We work closely with gyms, coaches, and referral partners throughout the community — many of whom are both our patients and referral sources, creating an ecosystem focused on keeping people active long-term.

What Makes This Different

  • The patients. This is the reason most of our doctors love working here. Our patients are CrossFit athletes, lifters, runners, golfers, and successful professionals who refuse to slow down because of pain or injury. They take ownership of their health, follow through with rehab, and respect your expertise. They want real solutions and they are willing to put in the work to get them.

  • The schedule. 60 minutes per patient, every time. You will actually solve problems instead of managing symptoms. You can except 28-30 treatment hours a week with 10-15 hours of mentorship, training, time for planning and maximizing outcomes for patients.

  • Mentorship and team. You will not be left to figure things out alone. You will get ongoing mentorship in clinical decision making, rehab programming, patient communication, and professional development through paid weekly trainings. We are building a world-class team that collaborates, challenges each other, and holds each other accountable to high standards.

  • Real career growth. I.MOVE. is growing rapidly through 2026, 2027, and beyond — adding team members and locations. For the right person, that means a path into clinical director, clinic manager, or regional manager roles.

Our Clinical Approach

Our treatment philosophy draws from Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), strength training and rehab principles, Functional Movement Systems, and neurodynamics.
