Our approach

At I.MOVE., we believe you deserve more than rushed care and temporary relief — especially when pain is keeping you from doing the things you love.

That’s why our appointments are 60 minutes, more intentional, and built around giving you the full attention and highest level of care you need to actually understand what’s going on, make real progress, and get back to doing the things you love most.

Our goal isn’t to keep you dependent on care forever. It’s to help you get better, learn how to stay better, and get back to living the active life you want with confidence and without pain.

The Methodology

THE I.MOVE. METHOD

ACTIVATION

We turn the right muscles back on. Most people aren't in pain because they're weak — they're in pain because muscles that should be working have gone silent, and muscles that shouldn't be working are picking up the slack. We wake the right ones back up first. Until that happens, nothing else sticks.

COORDINATION

We teach those muscles to fire at the right time. The hinge, the squat, the press, the carry — every pattern your life requires gets rebuilt from the inside out. You will learn how to move in ways you didn't know your body was capable of. This is the phase where patients tell us, "I've been doing this wrong my entire life."

INTEGRATION

We load it until it's bulletproof. A clean movement pattern that only survives inside the clinic is a failure. Integration is where we make the pattern durable under the actual demands of your life — the trail, the gym, the season, the next thirty years. This is where strength built on a real foundation finally lives.

The Gap

We are not a pain management clinic.

What To Expect

Your First Visit is Unlike Anything You've Experienced in Healthcare.

Care doesn't start until we are confident we can help you and until you are crystal clear with exactly what's going on and what it's going to take for you to reach your goals. We do the opposite of what every other clinic does — we give you the most thorough, professional assessment you've ever had, and only then, if it's a fit, we talk about what working together looks like.

STEP 1

Intro Call

A short structured call so we both know whether this is the right place for you. No clinical work, no pressure. Just a real conversation about what you're dealing with and what you want back.

STEP 2

Discovery Visit

The most important hour in the entire process. We assess. We find the root cause. We explain to you — in plain English, no jargon — what's actually happening in your body and why nothing else has worked. You leave with clarity you've never had. No commitment.

STEP 3

Evaluation and Treatment Session

Your first paid session. This is where you feel the method in action. Most patients walk out saying some version of, "I have never thought about my body that way." That moment is not an accident — it's the whole design.

STEP 4

Plan of Care

A structured plan designed to take you from where you are today to the life you came in trying to reclaim. We don't do session-by-session care, because real change does not happen one visit at a time.
